Job Description:  This successful candidate would be responsible for all leadership duties related to managing and developing their respective region. This would include, but not limited to, the managing of Regional GM’s, development and implementation of business plans, expense control, labor budgets, and Business Development.


This position would be part of the highest levels of the company and participate in the management team that drives the strategic development and enhance performance of the business area.  This is a senior level position with access to and participation with the highest levels within the company. This key position reports directly to the Managing Director of the firm.


The incumbent in this position must be a self-sufficient, self-motivated professional who:


-       demonstrates an understanding of the company’s business development structure,

        including roles and responsibilities, and all major service area offerings.


-       ensures that their business area profitability is maintained, growth goals are achieved, the company workload is balanced, and company assets and integrity are protected.


-       has a proven track record of client satisfaction, while still able to adhere to internal human

       resource and  administration goals.


-       has an ability to provide strategic direction and proven experience with developing project goals, budgets, scheduling, cost containment, profitability and has an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


-       has an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong business sense who can manage, mentor and support the GM’s concerning all matters related to the branch management. 


-       Ensure all opportunities to support existing business plans are executed including the establishment of new offices to support the firm’s growth goals.
