Our client is a leader in analytical testing services for many decades. With offices located throughout California and surrounding states, this highly respected, privately held testing firm works with a variety of loyal clientele across a myriad of industries. 


With a vibrant, energetic and long tenured leadership, this client is growing in new, cutting edge markets as well as their long-established arenas.





This successful, high energy candidate would be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of two business entities.  While working closely with the long tenured, supportive leadership, this dynamic candidate must be comfortable with leading the charge with confidence into new and emerging markets as well as traditional arenas. 





The incumbent in this position must be a self-sufficient, self-motivated professional who:


·         With great support from all areas of the operation already in place, this leader will be directly responsible for overseeing all service operations, accounting /finance, human resources, sales and marketing.


·         Has direct responsibility for monthly reporting, planning, budgets and strong leadership presence for local and intra office operations


·         Develops strategic corporate initiatives and directs business plans to grow operation in accordance with corporate goals and market influences


·         Maintains high quality operational standards while delivering upon yearly targets and accommodates rapid growth objectives


·         While maintaining an entrepreneurial and “roll up the sleeves” hands-on management approach, be able to guide the organization for its’ daily and long-term goals.



·         Bachelor’s Degree is required. 

·         Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Self-motivated with a strong ability to wear multiple hats

·         Organized, accurate, detail oriented, and task driven

·         Prior experience managing and leading a team

·         Strong leadership and mentor skills

·         Small to midsize company management experience, entrepreneurial / start-up added bonus
