Job Description:

 

The incumbent in this growth position must:

 

·         Be able to manage, plan, analyze and design the gamut of requirements from the water / wastewater perspective, with a preferred experience in the municipal sector.

·         Assist, design and lead where needed, all aspects of water / wastewater construction

·         Be a leader in planning, technical and managerial for projects from the water / wastewater perspective along with the ability to expand existing client relationships and develop new ones.

·         Be able to meet and work with contractors, municipalities, regulatory agencies, state and federal authorities

·         Have technical experience with pipelines, pump stations, conveyance systems, and water / wastewater treatment plants

·         Work with clientele, staff, and cross functional teams to ensure project delivery

·         Have detailed knowledge of all water/ wastewater analysis and report preparation

·         Work with other team members in developing work plans, reports, proposals, subcontractors and field inspections and investigations

·         Be able to mentor and manage two to three junior staff

  

 

Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering discipline with an emphasis in Water / Wastewater treatment preferred.  10 years’ experience will be considered and P.E. registration in PA is required.
