Our client has been successfully completing some of the most challenging environmental projects in North America over the last several decades. This privately held, award-winning firm, continues to grow with a strong history of repeat clientele and profitability. Their long history in the environmental arena includes a core competency of remediation, geotechnical, construction, and civil that has serviced both the private sector and government entities. This national leader has been able to maintain an employee empowered culture with little bureaucracy, embrace entrepreneurial spirit, while keeping a family feel and safety as key imperatives.

Our client has been, and continues to be in growth mode and is looking for a business development professional who can help bring this continued success in the Eastern Region with a preference for the Northeast.


Job Description: The incumbent in this position must be a self-sufficient, self-motivated sales professional who: 
 
  • Has excellent knowledge of the environmental markets from a variety of perspectives, most importantly being remediation, geotechnical, construction and civil. 
  • Has a proven track record of maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business.  
  • Be able to coordinate with operations and current market conditions to ensure all capture opportunities are maximized. 
  • Varied sector experience in industrial, oil & gas, energy, utilities, chemical, petro chemical, government, etc... 
  • A proven history of successful relationships with clients.  
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment with an entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to client service.

Qualifications: Degree in a related environmental or engineering field is preferred. A minimum of 8 + years' experience in the environmental remediation arena with a preferred geographical expertise of the Eastern Region .
