Job Description:  The incumbent in this position must be a self-sufficient, self-motivated sales professional who:



  • Has a proven track record of maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business. Have experience with various types of contracts and MSAs (master service agreements).


  • Coordinate all solicitation and proposal efforts with appropriate divisions to ensure optimal bid opportunities.


  • Will be knowledgeable with all activities related to environmental remediation in Houston, understanding all nuances pertaining to construction, remediation and infrastructure projects.


  • Private sector experience in industrial, oil & gas, utilities, chemical, petro chemical, etc.


  • A proven history of successful relationships with clients and be able to predict potential new opportunities with future clients.  


  • Can work remotely and in a team environment with an entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to client service.





Degree in a related field is preferred. However, 8 + years' experience in the private sector of Houston remediation markets will be considered as an alternative.
